IM90 The way we live and work can have a bearing on the condition of our immune systems. Pollutants, chemicals and other factors can destroy cells. The immune system is in a constant battle with these enemies. As with any 'machine', put too high a demand on it and it could 'break', or at the very least, it won't operate at peak efficiency. It is important therefore, to have a healthy lifestyle and good diet, with an adequate supply of vitamins and minerals.
