Cancelling an Order

We will honour a cancellation of orders placed providing you email us before it leaves our warehouse.

Returning Merchandise

If you are not happy with your purchase, just return the product and we will give you a replacement or full refund, within 28 days.

Your statutory rights are not affected

Important - In both cases please include the following information:

• Full name and address
• Phone number
• E-mail address
• Original Order Confirmation Number
• Your reason for returning the merchandise
• Obtain a free 'Certificate of Postage' from the post office
